Description
Major Requirements:
Professional, positive, upbeat to internal and external customers
Reception security, confirm that you know everyone passing through our lobby and guest check in
Versatility and a willingness to work in a busy environment with enthusiasm
Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and focus in a distraction driven environment
Familiar with online workflow routing and process
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and reading proficiency
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Online tools and computer skills
Be Present at the reception desk from 8:00 a.m.- Noon and 1:00- 5:00 p.m.
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committee
Other requirements:
Assign temporary cubes to Contractors and monitor use
Book conference rooms for employees and contractors as needed
Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; take accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
Understand company organizational structure to refer calls to proper admin or employee
Account Management on internal systems (i.e. Travel Agent site, Fedex) for Employees
Review main voicemail box and forward messages as appropriate
Manage internal and external shipping and receiving items up to 25lbs
Maintain and update our internal ?how to? documents
Maintain, organize, clean, and stock reception area, kitchen, office supplies, and conference rooms.
Administer Corporate printing, maintain account and place orders, price negotiation
Safety team member- assist with fire drills and illness and injury prevention programs
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Assist with special projects as assigned
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels

Meeting coordination for employees and contractors
New hire and employee exit processing
Assist with the organization of company events (lunch events, company outings)
