We are seeking efficient and hardworking Office Assistant to join our Paris offices. The Office Assistant will be looking after all aspect of administration and operations for our France, Netherlands and Sweden offices. The Office Assistant should be assertive, high energy, and comfortable working in a busy corporate culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Plan and manage corporate travel and serve as regional travel manager for incoming employees/ interviewees/ trainees
-Assist accounting department with expense processing
-Manage lease car service contracts and coordination
-Order office supplies and oversee the maintenance of the office space
-Distribute mail and packages and maintain shipments as needed
-Assist with meeting and event preparation
-Act as the liaison between company and vendors, suppliers, and building management
-Handle sensitive documents and records with high level of confidentiality
-Assist in ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
-Serve as go to resource for information for all employees within the EMEA and Global Headquarters
-1-2 years relevant administrative experience
-Proficiency with MS Office
-Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-High-level of resourcefulness, confidence, and problem-solving skills
-Organized and meticulous, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Very personable and professional demeanor
-Knowledge of travel arrangements a plus
-Fluency in French and English is a must; knowledge of Dutch or Swedish languages is desirable but not essential.
