We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working person to take on the role of Office Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to get your feet wet with office coordination and work in multiple areas of the company. The position will report into the HR Generalist.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all office facilities and building needs
Order all office/kitchen supplies
Coordinate all company events/parties
Responsible for managing Concur travel portal and all company travel needs
Coordinate/set up all Company meetings/Town Hall events
Maintain Company directory, phone lists and Who?s Who page
Facilitate pictures and security badges for new hires
In charge of ingoing and outgoing office mail, including routing packages to appropriate person
Vendor management
Other related duties as required or directed
Required Skills and Experience:
Position requires a Bachelor?s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a Four-Year College or University; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent presentation skills with solid communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent customer focus and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel and Office
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
