-Employee Birthdays
-Employee Reviews
Office Support:
-Office Scheduling- Staff meetings, etc.
-Office Supply ordering
-Calendar function for office
-Mail Sorting and Sending
-Organizing of Grants
-Updating company FaceBook page
-Paperwork Organization including filing
-Front Desk
-Reporting Office Issues to Building Management
-Preparing NDA's
-For Marketing: Working with SalesForce
-Preparing for Monthly Board Meetings
