Office Manager and HR Assistant Volicon

Volicon is a fast-growing software company that is rapidly expanding. We need an office manager and HR assistant with administrative skills, experiences, and savvy to be the back bone of day-to-day operations. This person will take care of all office needs and administrative tasks. To thrive in this role, you?ll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be super organized.
Major Responsibilities:
Maintain the Firm?s overall office standards, policies and procedures
Manage procurement of all office supplies
Completing special projects for senior management
Answer inquiries via phone and email
Responsible for meeting preparation, including scheduling, conference room booking and set-up
Handle all business travel arrangements for Firm?s staff, including car rentals, flights and hotels
Interact and monitor vendors that relate with the ongoing operations of the office
Assist in HR duties
Assist CEO in his compliance functions including review, filing and maintaining records
Experience:
Professional and courteous phone skills and ability to communicate effectively
Highly detailed-oriented personality required
Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Office)
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Ability to work efficiently and effectively
Team player who is results orientated; strong desire to get the job done
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High degree of initiative
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work efficiently and independently
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and assignments that may be given from different Directors
High degree of professionalism and confidence; ability to interact with all levels of an organization
3+ years office management experience desired but not required
Education: Bachelor?s or Associates? Degree required
