The Company seeks an experienced professional to assume the role of Office Manager. This is a full-time position and is based at our offices in Bellevue, WA.

Location: Bellevue, WA
The ideal candidate will be experienced and highly skilled in working with senior level management, as well as managing confidential matters and exercising varying levels of discretion and judgment. This position requires a proactive, self-starter who possesses exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written. A high level of professionalism, organization, and flexibility are essential.
Key duties include:
Reviews laboratory procedures and documentation for compliance with SOP?s, protocols and applicable regulations
Audits data and final reports
Performs review and editing of QA Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintains QA files including study protocol and amendments, audit reports, and master schedule.
Provides training for technical staff on regulatory requirements.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations
Handle incoming calls and visitors; receive and relay messages; handle requests for information and assistance.
Attend to administrative and clerical duties utilizing initiative, problem solving techniques, good judgment, and confidentiality.
Receive, review, and verify documents, records, and forms for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Process documents in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain a variety of office filing and record-keeping systems.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Prepare office supply orders to send to Corporate.
Serve as clerical support to other departments as needed.
Prepare a variety of communicative subject matter that may include privileged and highly sensitive material.
Assist Corporate Executive Administrator with HR and administrative functions for the local facility.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 5 years experience in similar roles
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized, friendly, outgoing, and exercises strong attention to detail
Proficient in Photoshop or other photo editing software
Proficient in MS Office
Advanced level PowerPoint skills
Strong grammar and writing skills
Strong follow-up skills
Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement
A high level of confidentiality and responsiveness is essential
