Job Description
Recently acquired by Infusionsoft, GroSocial helps meet the growing customer and market demands for an effective, easy-to-use social media marketing software tool that helps small businesses generate qualified leads. GroSocial is looking for an energetic and pro-active Office Manager who has experience in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks, with a strong focus on bookkeeping/AP. The ideal candidate will have an infectiously positive attitude, be organized, confident, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a dynamic social media company.
Responsibilities Include:
Bookkeeping
Invoicing partners
Office management
Ordering & stocking supplies
Supporting in each area of the business
Catering/ordering lunches/scheduling offsite meetings
Arrange travel schedule and reservations
Shipping/Mailing
Mail, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, check requests
Other miscellaneous requests and projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic experience with QuickBooks, at least 1 year experience bookkeeping
Optimistic attitude
Extremely organized and responsible
Intuitive to the teams' needs
Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Being flexible with change
Enjoys enabling others
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong experience with QuickBooks
Bachelor's degree
Travel
No travel required. This position is based at our GroSocial office in Orem, Utah. There are no relocation packages available for this position.
