Alteryx, Inc. is looking for an energetic and dynamic Office Manager for our Irvine location. We are looking for highly skilled, energetic people to work with. We have multiple locations and this role will be the point person that helps to run our Irvine office.
About this role:
We are looking for a superstar administrative professional to provide a high level of administrative support and manage the office. Responsibilities will include calendaring/scheduling with the Human Resources and Recruiting team, departmental administrative tasks, event planning, ordering supplies and truly managing this office location. This position will report into the Director of Human Resources.
?Keeping the office organized, professional and running smoothly by being the primary point person at the location. Responsible for maintaining office supplies and inventory.
?Help as needed with all departments. Assist in the coordination and execution of meetings and special events, including room reservations, catering, technical support, etc.
?Work with Human Resources to schedule candidates, coordinate on site interviews, administrative assignments and special projects.
?Assist with managing and arranging travel as needed.
?Participate and coordinate a variety of office and company-wide morale events.
?Ordering drinks and fruit for office on a weekly basis; strong vendor management skills.
?Assisting with our shipping and receiving; maintain contact with our shipping vendors.
?Act as a liaison with Building Management with regard to maintenance issues and office upkeep.
?5+ years of Office Manager and/or departmental Administrative Assistant experience
?Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients
?Experience working in HR highly desired
?Keen attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
?High level of integrity and ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality
?Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
?Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
?Desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
?Advanced PC skills including MS Office suite
