To thrive in this role, the individual will need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be well organized. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration and executive support. Experience in a technology or media company is highly desirable. The right candidate will have ability to work under pressure and to prioritize. This role is based in our Los Angeles, CA office.
Key Responsibilities involve (including but not limited to):
Support of the VP of Advertising Sales, West as well as general office staff
Executive calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling
Coordination of special events such as off-sites, office celebrations, etc.
Manage the procurement of all office supplies, snacks, lunches, I.T. equipment
Liaise with local vendors and third-parties as needed
Maintain office equipment, ie: printer, toner, etc.
Liaise with property management on facilities issues
File expense reports for the executive
Manage the upkeep and appearance of the office
Ad-hoc, project work as directed by the executive
Support the team of Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Planners, Design & Sales Marketing
Phone queries, email and general correspondence
