Office Manager AssureRx
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Office Manager supports the company?s administrative functions by organizing and coordinating office operations. The Office Manager ensures organizational effectiveness and efficiency for the entire AssureRx Health, Inc. company through the administrative services team. Primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining Senior Vice Presidents? heavy schedules and calendar management requiring interaction with both internal and external relationships to coordinate a variety of complex meetings; Manage travel arrangements accurately and effectively, answer executives? phone calls and direct all incoming calls appropriately; Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and flow through on issues in a timely manner without being reminded or informed; prepare high level correspondence for executives; prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software; provide general administrative support and back up as a member of the AssureRx administrative team; template management for company forms documents and other correspondence keeping in line with the style guide expectations; assist with company correspondence including maintaining distribution lists, contract management, invitations and various correspondence as required; assist with vendor and supply management including trends and patterns reporting.
High school degree required, college preferred with 5+ years? experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or related position. Must have a high proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a high proficiency in written and verbal communications with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization in an energetic/high-pressure, time-sensitive work environment. Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills required. If qualified
