Job Description:
We are currently in need of an experienced and friendly Officer Manager. You will hold a key role as the first point of contact for all the company?s day to day office and administrative needs. The Cloudmark office has a fun, unique atmosphere and we are looking for someone that can keep up with our fast paced and challenging environment.
Job responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Front desk management including answering phones, greeting visitors and day to day office requests
Maintain food and supply inventory
Office organization (i.e. spring cleaning, kitchen and organizing office supplies)
Mange inbound/outbound shipping needs and mail distribution
Manage open job requisitions and schedule interviews
Coordinate office meetings
Accounting and Human Resources backup support
General admin support
Facilities and building management liaison
Assist with new employee onboarding process
Organize travel arrangements
Expense report filing for executive staff
Required Skills:
3 years administrative support experience
Calm, patient, and professional demeanor
Professional-level knowledge of Windows 2010
Basic understanding accounting and human resources practices and procedures
Ability to lift 50lbs and basic tools/building skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
