Office manager. Must have bookkeeping skills, AP, AR, quickbooks, payroll.
Will manage HR, termination, onboarding, discipline, 401k, recruiting, liason with recruiters, etc.
Will perform calendar management (Execs schedule their own travel)
Additional duties--Filing, greeting, answering phones, Basic IT, vendor management, liason to Isreali office for finance and bookkeeping.
Must be upbeat and positive, takes initiative, likes to plan birthday parties, happy hours, etc. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task. Must be a "get things done" service oriented kind of person. Should have worked in this role in a start-up before.
Office has about 20 people, and growing, and 3 C-Level execs.
