Role and Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll
Assist Finance Manager in Accounting and Regulatory related filings
Ensure office supplies are adequate based on office demand
Assist in job postings, interview coordination, and screening of new applicants
Ensure that proper maintenance contracts are maintained for copiers, and other related support contracts
Assist in first level technical support to office employees for printer, laptops, software
Receive and distribute incoming mail, process deposits for banks, coordinate shipments of goods between offices
Inventory management of office equipment and hardware
Ensure proper seating arrangements
Plan, coordinate proper travel arrangements
Coordinate office related activities and events
Other miscellaneous projects as may be assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience:
2 year college degree (4 year degree a plus)
7-10 years of experience in office management position, finance, or HR
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Expert web user, Google, LinkedIn, Maps, Social Networking
Strong written and verbal skills
Excellent customer services skills, a must
Must be detailed oriented
Compensation and Benefits:
60K base salary depending on experience
