Daily responsibilities will include:
Ensures all employee on-boarding is sufficiently resourced including furniture supplies, phone and building access set up.
Evaluates spending and manages costs of all office expenses.
Manages the Office related ticket process to ensure all are resolved in a timely fashion
Interacts with building management on building issues, fire drills and other building related issues.
Responds to emergency situations in the office.
Interact with all external office supply and facility related vendors to successful meet the resource needs of the organization.
Ensures mail and carrier delivery needs are met
Coordinates all needs for office and kitchen supplies including ordering, stocking and cleaning service
Manages document storage.
Manages catering needs.
Required skills:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
2? 4 years of office administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Must be sensitive to confidential information.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
