Job SummaryThis solutions focused individual is responsible for pre-sales and
post-sales support of PingOne, PingIdentity?s SaaS application
solution. In a pre-sales capacity, they must be able to understand
the customer?s requirement and determine whether PingOne is a
valid solution for the customer. From an implementation and post-
sales perspective, they must work with our customers IT personnel to
understand the nature of the issue and communicate to the customer
how to resolve the issue. They must be able to work a flexible schedule
supporting our worldwide customers. Ideal candidates will have strong
technical capabilities combined with account management skills.

Locations: Massachusetts,British Columbia (Vancouver)
Job Functions
Conducts technical discovery calls in the pre-sales phase explaining the PingOne capabilities to the prospective clients
Provide support for PingOne proof of concepts
Troubleshoot setup and support issues live over the phone and/or WebEx
Receives and responds to emails and calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
Opens all Support cases (email & phone) on the CRM system
Collaborate with Product Management/Engineering around usage, product issues, and feature requests.
Composes and adds to frequently-asked questions (FAQ), knowledge database, and training videos
Leverages support test environments to quickly duplicate issues the customer experiences
Work a flexible schedule to support our customers outside of Ping Identity business hours
Essential Qualifications
Experience with common open source systems such as web and application servers, databases, etc
X509 Certificates, Windows, Unix, Linux
Web-based application consulting and support
Experience with at least one of the major app server environments
Proficient in debugging Ruby, Python, C#, PHP, .NET and Java code
