Job Duties
Essential -
? Create and post all jobs online through web posting process
? Manage and distribute incoming leads to teams received from third party websites.
? Enter and track leads for division marketing campaigns.
? Research and validate websites and job boards for new opportunities.
? Post open positions on company website as necessary
? Meets all production goals set by management.
? Other Duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Skills:
Essential -
? Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system.
? Ability to prioritize projects and meet expectations
? Internet savvy
? Professional level written and oral communications skills.
? Efficiently manage large amounts of information.
? Ability to effectively use Internet and Outlook to communicate with both internal and external customers
? Ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience & Education:
Non-essential -
? Minimum of one-year experience in the direct sales of products or services.
? College level education or equivalent experience.
? Experience in the health care industry.
? Experience in the sale of professional services.
? Experience in recruitment or staffing a plus..
Abilities:
Essential -
? Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
? Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications.
? Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently.
? Ability to integrate individual efforts with team objectives and processes.
