Onboarding Project Manager DriveCam

The Onboarding Manager will manage pre and post sales activities to ensure the successful integration of DriveCam/RAIR products and services into our customer?s operating environment (workflow and information technology infrastructure, etc.).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute a technical deployment plan that specifically addresses the details of how DriveCam/RAIR products and services will be successfully integrated into the customer?s environment.
Assist Client Account Managers and Customer Support in the successful implementation and use of DriveCam/RAIR products and services.
Coordinate the activities of vendor partners to complete the deployment to the customer?s satisfaction.
Support DriveCam personnel and contractors in installing and testing products and services at the customer site.
2+ years of experience directly supporting a technical product or service
Experience with Technology deployment project planning, execution, and verification preferred
Experience interfacing directly with clients, vendors and contractors to meet project timelines and customer requirements
Experience managing enterprise deployments of technical products
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously a must.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, product and component information, systems manuals.
PMP desired, but not required
4 year degree desired
Ability to travel up to 10% of time
