Onboarding Specialist AppFolio
We are experiencing high growth and are looking for Onboarding Specialists to set-up new client accounts for Valued Added Service (VAS) features ensuring that documentation and initial customer training are completed in a manner that ensures our customers get the care and attention they need in order for them to love our solutions.
Ideal candidates have a passion for customer satisfaction, an affinity for details, possess a record of independent action and excellent judgment and value building extraordinary relationships with customers and team members.
Assembling, completing and reviewing all account paperwork and conducting due-diligence involved in setting up VAS features for customers.
Entering new account information and updating client settings in systems ensuring accuracy and compliance requirements are met.
Maintaining and updating tracking documents for recordkeeping and regulatory compliance purposes.
Partnering with customers to gather data, documents and to provide initial systems training.
Knowledge & Skills:
Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions
Fluency in web-based management tools, such as Google Docs
Proficiency with both MS Windows PC computers and Apple Macintosh computers including the use of standard office software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
Ability to follow through on tasks until completed
BA, BS or BA degree
