Work with various departments to ensure that sales are successfully transacted from the execution of a license agreement to its final billing.
Description
As a member of our Legal team, your job will involve:
Transferring the terms of a written agreement to MEDITECH?s billing list
Maintaining bookings information to ensure accurate sales payouts
Analyzing contract terms to be relayed clearly across the company
Serving as a resource for multiple departments on each sale

Requirements
Bachelors Degree, with course work in a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with numerical aptitude
Proven ability to set goals and meet deadlines
Strong critical thinking skills, a willingness to ask questions, and the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
