Opportunity
Healthline is seeking a dynamic individual to learn the basics of compiling and analyzing data for our internet advertising. The successful candidate will bring 1-2 years of working experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Analyst role. They will provide high quality and efficient support to Advertising, Sales Operations, and the growing roster of Healthline Media Network partners. This is a contract position with a potential for permanent placement in the San Francisco Office.
Responsibilities
Process online advertising campaign insertion orders
Create daily advertising campaign delivery data reports across third party ad serving systems and consolidate into management reporting tool
Generate monthly billing reports and co-manage invoice development
Issue regular Media Network Partner ad campaign delivery reports
Support Inventory Management and Pricing team
Participate in development/QA of order entry system
Develop revenue and other key performance indicator reports
Requirements
Qualified applicants will have A BA/?BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
High energy level and ambitious, with extraordinary attention to detail
Requires a demonstrated understanding of billing, scheduling and database systems
Flexible, Team player
Able to work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
Highly organized, with superior problem resolution and analytical skills
Ability to present complex information at all levels within the organization
Strong PC skills, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
