Online Anti-Fraud Representative Zoosk

This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Monday - Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
Review a high volume of tickets to identify trends or patterns of fraud.
Process daily work queues of suspicious accounts, registrations, payments, and IP activity.
Review and take action regarding suspect user activity.
Assist with other related security or abuse activities as assigned.
Review content uploaded by members (photos, profiles, text) for objectionable material.
Review, make decisions and take appropriate action regarding abuse reports, based upon guidelines and documentation outlining Zoosk?s community standards.
Objectionable material may nudity and pornography, as well as violence or abusive language. You must demonstrate comfort handling sensitive material professionally and appropriately.
Proactively identify support issues and communicate to department management staff.
Assist with other customer service tasks as assigned, including email support, content moderation, and abuse prevention.
Requirements:
MUST have recent online customer service experience working in a high email or ticket support environment, minimum 1 year.
Must be comfortable with handling a minimum of 750 user tickets daily.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience supporting online payments (credit card processing, PayPal, mobile payments, etc.).
Must be very detailed oriented, organized, and able to use multiple systems appropriately.
Ability to make independent decisions and exercise good judgment.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to efficiently review large volumes of data and identify trends or patterns of activity.
Ability to distinguish between innocuous user activity (i.e., pranks) and organized fraud.
Ability to work as part of a team and balance workload.
Advanced computer skills: Internet, email or bug ticketing system, administrative tools.
Be flexible in terms of scheduling. The position is for a Monday-Friday schedule.
Preferred:
Experience with social networking sites (Facebook, MySpace, etc.).
Experience providing tech support for a personals site, subscription services, or virtual goods.
Previous start-up experience.
Additional language skills a plus! Please indicate any second language skills you possess in your application.
