EdgeCast is seeking a creative, self-motivated communications professional to help coordinate and manage the company?s online community presence. We're looking for someone awesome who will:
Support the company?s web and social media presence, particularly as a company representative in online tech communities, discussion boards, and other forums
Participate in online conversations to help customers and prospects solve problems and learn more about company services
Credibly and authentically represent the company through a wide variety of online media
THE SKILLS
2-5 years in technology marketing and communications
Online community management experience
Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and services
Outstanding written communication skills
Experience participating in online communities, message boards, and online special-interest groups
Familiarity with content delivery networks is a huge plus
Quick thinking with superb judgment and solid brand reputational instincts
