As the Enrollment Specialist for HotChalk, in Phoenix, AZ your primary mission will be to provide strategic admissions guidance for prospective students so they can make informed career decisions about which online program best suit their career aspirations. Your previous online enrollment experience will be absolutely crucial as you help students over the phone to qualify for admissions, select a degree, complete the enrollment process, and make a smooth transition into an online program. Because you have amazing interpersonal and communication skills, you'll enjoy providing prospective candidates with an exceptional level of one-on-one customer service.
