The position requires a strong analytical background with comprehensive spreadsheet skills in order to optimize our marketing campaigns. This person will play a critical role in driving Reply!'s profitable growth by compiling and analyzing Search Engine Marketing across many vertical businesses such as: Automotive, Home Improvement, Real Estate, Online Education and many more. Responsibilities:

Build and optimize online marketing campaigns in Google, Bing and other online engines.
Track ROI & profitability of online marketing campaigns and make strategic decisions as needed.
Analyze online data to provide actionable learnings and insights to improve online paid search acquisition.
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports on a regular basis
Close coordination with engineering team for campaign tracking and measurement
Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources to inform business decisions and actions


Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Economics required
Process strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
1-3 years of related analytic or paid search experience preferred, strong Internet knowledge a plus.
Strong ability to think independently and creatively to translate business requirements and business challenges into analytic project design
Understanding of online measurement and analytics, with the ability to provide meaningful insights in ways that colleague can understand and act upon
Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships across functions and organizational levels
Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and deliver objectives consistently
Effective presentation and communication skills, verbally and in writing
