Online Marketing and Acquisition Manager OnDeck
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED OnDeck is currently looking to hire an Online Marketing and Acquisition Manager for our Marketing Team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day online marketing and acquisition efforts of OnDeck. We need someone who can effectively manage an agency, while digging in and running campaigns, test landing pages, all the while creating reports in Google Analytics without missing a beat. We need you to drive customer engagement to OnDeck!
As part of the Marketing team, you will:
Identify online marketing opportunities and launch new online acquisition campaigns
Analyze and optimize existing campaigns
Handle the day-to-day management of agency relationships
Regularly analyze and report on online marketing efforts
You have at least a 4 year college degree in Marketing or related creative business discipline
You have 5-8 years of directly relevant experience, and a passion for online marketing and acquisition
Your career demontrates very specific "hands-on" experience, not strictly delegating to an agency
You are a strategic thinker with superior verbal and written communication skills
You have a broad knowledge of the online marketing landscape, including but not limited to: SEM, SEO, Affiliate Programs, Landing Pages, Ad Networks, A/B Testing, Web Analytics, and Retargeting
You have an understanding of the small business market
