Airbnb is looking for an Online Marketing Associate to join the family. You would live and breathe metrics, work with our world-class Analytics team, and be the liaison between Online Marketing and other stakeholders in the company. The ideal candidate for this position will be quantitative, fun, motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about marketing within the travel space.
Understand performance metrics and intermediary metrics related to traveler acquisition, host acquisition, re-engagement, retention and segmentation across various search and social media networks
Collaborate with online marketing, analytics and international teams to build, optimize and update marketing dashboards for various stakeholder teams
Manage ongoing communication regarding online marketing metrics and reporting with Airbnb?s international offices
Contribute to the ?brain trust? of innovation across all online marketing channels, including search, display, social and affiliate/partner marketing
Highly proficient in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
3-7 years of database or direct-response marketing experience
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Outstanding analytical skills (you must LOVE data)
You should be a detail-oriented perfectionist!
