Through rigorous technical discipline, daring hypotheses, ?roll-up-your-sleeves? execution excellence, and a dyed-in-the-wool love of traveling the world and acquiring new experiences, the Online Marketing team strives to approach demand and supply acquisition in innovative and surprising ways.Airbnb is looking for an Online Marketing Associate to join the family. You will be responsible for identifying roadblocks and finding solutions that help our team scale and meet our company goals. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong technical skills as well as a great understanding of the online marketing space.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify roadblocks and evaluate technology solutions that help the team meet its goals across a diverse range of initiatives (e.g., revenue generation, user sign-ups, and strategic investment)
Work with key third party technology providers from sourcing and engagement to deal structuring, negotiations, contracts, and most importantly, technical implementation/integration
Collaborate with our world-class engineers to build and maintain internal tools to grow the online marketing business
Requirements
Outstanding technical abilities (engineering background preferred)
2-5 years of experience working with the online marketing team
Excellent project management and analytical skills
Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
You should be a detail-oriented perfectionist!
