Role:
We're looking for an experienced online marketer to help take OKL membership to the next level. This consultant will be responsible for managing multiple online acquisition programs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct reporting and analysis on program performance, including identifying key business drivers and opportunities for improvement
Make presentations to senior management on strategies, results, etc.
Prioritize and track projects, e.g., landing page testing, and coordinate with outside agency on timelines and deliverables
Work with cross-functional partners including product management, merchandising, creative, and IT
Manage and execute ongoing optimization and new strategies for SEM campaigns, including reviewing keywords, copy and LPs, determining bid strategies, a/b testing, and reporting
Manage and execute ongoing optimization and new strategies for Display campaigns, including creative briefs and review, tracking, a/b testing, and reporting
Work with outside agency, engines and other partners to implement new programs, updates and troubleshoot
Monitor competition and provide analysis, as needed
Supports ad-hoc projects and analyses, as needed
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEM, Display and other acquisition programs
Proven track record of achieving success with online acquisition
Strategic, analytical thinker and strong quantitative skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work successfully with multiple business functions and successfully influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
A self-starter and driver who can take the ball and run with it, with a smile
