Online Marketing Manager
We are looking for a top-notch Online Marketing Manager to join our Community and Marketing team. Join us, and you will be a key resource for all aspects of online marketing at WorldOne.
You will be responsible for a variety or initiatives, including:
Loyalty marketing: Identifying opportunities to increase retention and engagement in the Sermo community via segmentation, targeting, and multi-channel campaigns that drive winbacks.
Content marketing: Leveraging trending healthcare topics, shareable/viral content, and engaging Sermo discussion, to reflect physician opinion to mainstream media via SEO, SEM, blogging, and more.
Email marketing: Responsible for managing and optimizing email campaigns, and owning subsequent reporting and analysis.
Social media strategy: Creating, owning, and managing the company?s social media strategy, including maintenance of corporate accounts across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and dovetailing efforts into other marketing initiatives.
Bachelors degree (MBA is a plus)
8+ years of web marketing / ecommerce experience
Strong familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing in membership environments with hundreds of thousands of users
Previous experience with email service providers such as ExactTarget and e-Dialog, as well as other marketing automation tools
Strong Excel and analytical skills, including the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and drive improvements
Experience with audience segmentation/re-targetting and site analytics using Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics, etc.
Work well in a team environment as well as individually
Must be highly self-motivated, possess strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects and prioritize workload
International product experience is also nice-to-have
