Responsibilities:
Develop and execute online marketing plans that achieve business, revenue and profitability objectives
Acquire new users via online marketing campaigns at a cost-efficient ROI, based on LTV metrics.
Manage the online acquisition advertising budget including: budgeting, reporting and forecasting
Design and execute marketing tests that support key hypothesis, deliver statistically valid results and drive actionable learnings that contribute to business growth
Develop online banner advertising, content for landing pages and other forms of online acquisition
Qualifications:
2-5 years of online marketing, media planning & buying, banner display advertising experience.
Have led online acquisition and lead generation efforts delivering against revenue targets.
Managed large marketing budgets (more than $500K per year)
Ability to leverage data insights to make informed decisions and optimize results for channels and campaigns to best allocate marketing dollars to drive revenue and profit
Experience with web analytic packages (e.g. Omniture and Google Analytics)
Knowledge of behavioral and demographic targeting and ROI-driven optimization
Experience collaborating with CPA networks
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter who is motivated to drive results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, creative, and communications skills
Strong work ethic and strong core values (honesty, integrity, creativity)
Experience with Google Adwords platform a plus
Experience with various acquisition channels (mobile, FB, and social media) a plus
