Behind our brand and fast growth hides a marketing machine that makes it all possible. We are looking for an experienced Online Marketing Manger to join our magic Marketing group.
This position will be responsible for creating, executing & optimizing online media buying strategies and campaigns. They will be a member of the Acquisition Marketing Team and report to the VP of Online & Brand Marketing.
This role will work collaboratively with the segment managers to build annual, quarterly and monthly media marketing plans that will increase brand awareness and drive the lead acquisition for the company.
The perfect candidate has a blend of performance marketing, media buying savvy and prior experience working for a B2B software company with a large online presence.
--Develop and manage online media buying strategies to acquire traffic and optimize for both awareness and direct response campaigns to meet defined ROI objectives based on monthly outlined lead acquisition goals.
--Build marketing plans that incorporate media outlets, direct buys, creative, re-marketing, co-branding and additional methodologies to reach prospects.
--Work with go-to-market managers to build and execute on strategies across multiple product categories and targeted to different market segments (SOHO, SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
--Collaborate with the internal creative services team to create banner and landing page designs that correctly position our brand and product.
--Work with segment managers to actively test and optimize banner-to-landing page user experiences (Copy, offers, layout, imagery etc) to improve lead performance.
--Review and analyze reports, draw insights from data including, but not limited to trending analysis, ROI analysis, creative testing by channel and campaign.
--Provide consistent monthly reporting detailing the performance of all direct marketing publishers and overall customer acquisition goals
Experience and Required Skills:
--3+ years of direct response marketing experience in a B2B environment required.
--Experience buying CPM, CPC, and CPA online media needed to develop and execute cost effective direct response marketing programs.
--Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital campaigns cost effectively including promotions.
--Ability to make analytical decisions based on data driven key performance indicators (ROI, CPA).
--Effective management and negotiating skills and prior experience working with multiple vendors including media buying agencies.
--Ability to evaluate persuasive copy and design to drive performance.
--Experience in working with and managing external vendor / partner relationships.
--Motivated by goals, highly curious and has urgency.
--Excellent verbal and written skills.
--BA/BS in Marketing or Business. MBA is a plus.
Technical & Adjacent Skills
--Proficient in Google Analytics, DoubleClick for Advertisers, CRM and marketing automation systems with excellent analytical acumen
--Adept at managing multiple projects, programs, and priorities
--Creative with a solutions-oriented focus
--Strong project management and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
