Online Marketing Manager Zoosk
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Zoosk seeks an analytical and experienced direct-response marketer to help grow our online customer acquisition campaigns. The primary focus of the Online Marketing Manager will be to monitor and optimize our online marketing campaigns for ROI. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience working in an online marketing role managing direct response campaigns.
Manage performance-based campaigns on Facebook, AdMob, Google Adwords, or similar platform towards monthly spend and performance goals.
Increase profitability through optimization of targeting, pricing and creative testing.
Perform campaign analysis in Excel and leverage insights to improve the performance.
Work with internal teams as needed to improve performance and troubleshoot issues.
Share findings with marketing team and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Responsible for the setup of campaigns, including campaign and ad creation and determining targeting criteria and pricing.
Communicate professionally with external vendors; be able to explain Zoosk?s marketing objectives and expectations.
1-3 years of experience working in a consumer-focused online acquisition marketing role with a proven history of managing profitable campaigns
Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Proficient using pivot tables and formulas in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of success metrics and ability to measure performance accurately
Experience working with ad networks and affiliates beneficial
Bachelor?s degree or higher
Experience trafficking creative from a 3rd party ad server a plus
