Position Summary
The Online Marketing Manager will demonstrate a passion and provide experience in implementing and analyzing best practices and latest trends in internet marketing. They will have a proven track record of measurably improving website performance and increasing qualified traffic and associated web leads. His/her strengths and skills in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, web development, and web analytics will be central to increasing awareness and interest in eInstructions innovative education technology products and services.
Responsibilities
Conduct customer understanding initiatives and analyze site traffic trends to identify areas for improvement of eInstruction web site, and implement needed changes
Measure, analyze, optimize, and continually improve the eInstruction websites including seven international sites
Will manage webmasters and online budget
Responsible for managing web ticket system
Create and manage content update system across all channels
Develop and deploy effective SEO, Social Media, and lead generation programs for both national and international websites
Collaborate with segment marketing managers and webmaster to build web pages for promotions, campaigns, and other demand creation activities. Ensure all online campaigns/tactics are able to be tracked and measured
Gain a solid understanding of eInstruction technology and its value to teaching and learning. Stay up-to-date on eInstruction technology and proactively identify and implement updates to the eInstruction website as new products are launched
Identify and manage agreements as needed with 3rd party vendors
PPC advertising: manage search agency relationship, create ad copy, guide keyword expansion, drive testing and optimization, track performance, report results
Oversee Eloqua tracking on all websites and assist in mapping all Eloqua forms into SalesForce
Manage and upgrade Drupal CMS system as neededReporting & analysis: work with webmaster to provide bi-weekly reports on website performance; analyze data, present findings and make recommendations for future tests, campaigns, efficiency improvements, and media optimization

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
Proven multiple website management experience.
Excellent project management highly preferred PMP
Familiar with CMS prefer Drupal
Must know HTML and CSS
MUST have experience with SEM and SEO
Experience of running and evaluating online marketing campaigns, including the management of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, search rankings and web analytics.
Highly motivated self-starter, deadline driven, excellent written and oral skills.
Experience managing vendors on webmarketing projects.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and with a team
Must be hands-on with all facets of job with ability to think both strategically and tactically.
Strong analytical skills
Experience driving demand through online methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to rapid changes
Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM system and Eloqua or other automated marketing system big plus
Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
