Execute best-in-class marketing SEM, SEO, and retargeting and display campaigns and programs.
Work with our internal creative team, media agency and vendors to deliver top notch digital marketing results ? optimizing creative, messaging, frequency, location, etc. as needed.
Develop testing and optimization processes to continually improve efficiencies, program performance, and competitive advantages.
Strategize, leverage, and create consumable content to be leveraged by online marketing programs that aligns with message, value proposition, and product go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, user experience, IT, marketing and creative teams to ensure that sites are built/optimized utilizing most current SEO/SEM best practices for site architecture, content and linking strategies.
Stay current with industry developments and participate in the SEO/SEM online communities and blogs.
Create customized reports and present findings to business stakeholders, senior and executive leadership teams.
Develop and manage forecasts, while implementing strategies to achieve and/or exceed targets.
Provide in-depth closed loop reporting and analysis of campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations to increase new customer acquisition; impact into the marketing funnel, and opportunity influence.
Paid Search / SEM
Design and manage all aspects of Paid Search, including campaigns and ad groups, generating keyword lists, and working with agency to manage keyword bids and ad performance.
Ongoing optimization of paid search campaigns to drive revenue and maximize return on ad spends.
Report on Paid Search account performance (including but not limited to: return on ad spend, traffic, average cost-per-click, click through rate, conversion rate, cost-per-acquisition and ROI).
Manage Paid Search budget
Act as an ambassador to educate and influence others regarding the value of SEM.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Design and manage all aspects of SEO campaigns such as: keyword research, Meta tags, internal site linking, inbound links, XML sitemap creation and campaign performance tracking and reporting.
Identify gaps and opportunities making recommendations and tracking improvements to organic rankings and traffic on all Deluxe Direct to Consumer web properties.
Manage the banner advertising tools and execution.
Preferred 3+ years SEO and SEM experience with a proven track record in improving ranking and visibility of consumer facing web sites ? especially working with large dynamic websites (updating content, images, managing PPC and SEO).
Experience with leading search engine ranking, traffic and analysis software such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, etc.
Can demonstrate link building campaigns that can result in lead acquisition and better metrics.
Degree in Marketing preferred (or Communications or English) with Online Marketing Experience.
Superior knowledge of search engine criteria/algorithms, best practices, trends and industry developments.
Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision making orientation.
Highly communicative with the ability to translate complex subjects to varying levels of expertise.
Able to specify technical changes to technical and development teams.
Passionate about digital and interactive marketing strategies and integrated marketing.
Very strong quantitative analysis capabilities.
