We need someone with digital media experience to live-eat-and-breathe helping Spiceworks advertisers be successful. Someone who can orchestrate the million-and-one moving parts (and deadlines!) required to get client campaigns into play in Spiceworks and then monitor, report and advise clients on how to make their campaigns even better. By optimizing their campaign performance and making them more successful, you?ll help the sales team secure renewals and impact annual revenue goals.
Responsibilities: What will I do?
Implement and monitor online advertising campaigns, including coordinating development of creative
Crunch & analyze! Perform detailed data analysis using Excel or a comparable app to ensure campaign performance metrics are being met
Use analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, internally developed tools) to identify, understand and report on what?s causing a campaign to fall-short
Collaborate with the creative team and with clients to refine and improve campaign copy or creative
Generate monthly campaign reports summarizing past campaign performance and optimization recommendations for upcoming month(s)
Assist sales team in presenting clients with detailed metrics to help secure renewal business of advertisers
The Online Media Account Manager will report to the Director of Sales Operations.
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
1 to 3 years of experience with online advertising, specifically in account management
A passion for online advertising! You?re hungry to take your agency experience and apply it here
A Herculean work ethic that just doesn?t quit (and is always looking to climb the ladder)
Evidence of thriving in a fast-paced (translation: demanding & often times unpredictable!) environment
Versatile, thick-skinned people skills ? you can artfully handle even the most demanding of clients
Proven track record of analyzing data and applying it towards optimizing online campaigns
Knowledge of industry standard reporting tools like Double Click/Dart preferable
