We're currently searching for an Online Partner Marketing Specialist at our offices in Glenview, north of Chicago, to support our growing reseller and referral partner channel.
This role will focus on growing our online Channel partners and key verticals. This highly motivated individual will assist partners trying to grow their online payroll business by developing and providing co-marketing and sales tools. You will be responsible for tactical execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns for partners and prospects including email, direct mail, online and print advertising, webinars and tradeshows/events.
Other responsibilities of this role include:
Develop vertical marketing strategies to generate sales leads using online and traditional marketing methods
Execute online and traditional media buys and campaigns
Work with Partners to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies
Create sales tools and supporting collateral materials
Plan and execute trade shows and online Webinars (30% travel is necessary)
Work closely with internal marketing teams to manage and track ROI
Implement and execute digital marketing campaigns
Partner with sales to share ideas on how to improve internal processes and partner support
The ideal candidate will be curious by nature and quickly gain a clear understanding of our partner/reseller market, possess strong knowledge of operations/financial analysis, service pricing, products and position in the marketplace and be aware of product and technological strategies employed by competitive and complimentary organizations within our market space.
This role is ideal for a technology savvy candidate who can marry of love of technology with channel marketing and partner support. Travel to multiple trade-shows/events per year is required.
2-3 years of experience with managing client relationships in a technology service environment as well as marketing experience is required. Technical aptitude to utilize CRM and database tools are a must. Excellent organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required. Technology savvy with experience in Excel (including pivot tables), MS Word, and Power Point is required.
