Online Sales Executive HotChalk

Top performers will be on an accelerated growth and earnings track so there is unlimited potential for creative sellers who are strong communicators who can reach appropriate decision makers with brands and agencies
Key objectives for this role:
Proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain an account list while meeting annual revenue goals
Create advertising sales strategies, proposals, and presentations for core and new accounts
Engage and strategize with agencies and clients to determine their business needs and formulate ad sales programs
Establish and cultivate strong relationships by conducting face to face sales calls and client entertainment
Proactively communicate account forecasts and sales information to sales management
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong database and good relationships with top-tier interactive/traditional advertising agencies and leading marketers
2-5 years experience in digital selling with some experience selling audience and distributed platform or network adverting
A proven track record of revenue growth, with good knowledge of the NYC advertising agency landscape
Experience selling to retail, food and cpg categories
A doer and tactical executer with demonstrated success in working with internal and external departments developing successful sales campaigns is a must
Ability to adjust and refocus in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Strong presentation, writing and closing skills based on field experience with major accounts
Experience with CRM programs
The following skills and attributes are pluses:
Recruitment experience in an education admissions department.
Superior time management and prioritization practices.
Highly motivated self-starter with a relentless work ethic and drive to advance career
Great can-do attitude with strong sense of humor and energized by working in a dynamic, fast moving team environment
