Responsibilities:
As a steward you will be managing, supporting and coaching a team of Accolade Health Assistants. Your role will enable your team to give great customer care, develop and grow your team and help them meet their performance objectives. Our stewards are working leaders who have a passion for service excellence and demonstrated leadership.
Qualifications:
Well-qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor?s Degree and 5+ years of relevant, progressive experience
Experience and demonstrated success managing staff in a customer centric environment (experience leading teams in a telephonic environment a plus)
Experience and demonstrated success in recognizing / developing talent and creating a team environment which results in open communication and collaboration
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
