The Operations Administrative Assistant position is a part of a team responsible for the review and follow through of underwritten and Special Situations Team (SST) guaranteed issue (GI) application. This team also handles many other projects that may include data entry, calling participants and/or carriers, and creating and working specific Right Now service tickets. The Operations Administration Team Member works with the operations management as well as the carrier team to ensure SST applications are processed in a timely and effective manner. This team works as a liaison between the carriers, our carrier team, and the participant to provide a great customer experience. This position requires attention to detail and basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. This role requires the team member to be flexible to take on multiple projects and self-motivation to complete projects by specified deadlines.

Work with both SharePoint and Right Now customer service ticket systems to track application status?
Email participant?s status updates
Create various Excel spreadsheets for Operations Management
Assign leads to SST Benefit Advisors
Reconcile IMM applications
Research and update the SST Manual
Very strong analytical skills required. Ability to mine data, and compose information into specified formats
Ability to organize, prioritize and to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Experienced with Excel
Intermediate computer skills
Experienced with HTML code is a plus
