Operations Administrator SunRun

We are looking for an entry level Operations Administrator to join our team. This is a Junior role, with the chance to learn all about the Solar Financing Industry as well as learning crucial skills and functions useful in the business world. You will be responsible for working with our installation partners and our internal finance and operations teams to set up new customer accounts and manage the accuracy and completeness of our customer data. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

Instead, we purchase solar facilities for our homeowners and sell them electricity under long-term contracts. We guarantee electricity production; if anything breaks or needs repair, we fix it; and we provide proactive, reliable real-time monitoring. Responsibilities may include
-Reviewing customer contracts and setting up new customer accounts
-Frequently communicating, via email, with our installation partners and with customers on project status during solar system installation
-Reviewing various action-oriented documents submitted to Sunrun Operations for internal review and processing
-Some review of solar design plans, checking for accuracy and consistency with related contract documents
Qualifications
-Detail-oriented, accurate, and poised under pressure
-Demonstrated ability to produce quality work in a fast paced environment
-Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
-Able to build and maintain professional relationships with multiple contacts across various companies
-Excellent computer skills including intermediate level expertise with Excel and Outlook
-Experience with Salesforce.com, Spring CM or other document management systems a plus
-1 year experience in a professional office setting preferred
-Bachelor?s degree preferred
