In this role, the Operations Analyst will collaborate very closely with multiple functions within the enterprise to manage the flow of data from Cardlytics to clients and vice versa. The Operations Analyst will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of technical resources throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
Cardlytics? unique technology serves targeted merchant offers directly into the online banking pages at financial institutions. Part of the Cardlytics database is hosted at the financial institution. This role will manage the data flow between Cardlytics and the FI.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor and report progress of pulling report data from each Cardlytics Financial Institution partner (Get Report Data, Validate and Refresh Datamart)
Pull merchant information from Cardlytics FI partners and return updated information (Get Unmatched Merchants, Push Matched Merchants)
Collect status information about operational performance of the FI database
Graph OPS Nightly Batch Job Performance per OPS over time for each process, monitor and report results to management
For each FI, Document OPS Information, such as: versions, configuration settings, server specifications, etc.
Coordinate operations with Account Management and limit contention
Reconcile production database with Financial Institution?s database
Report production database status

Skill and Knowledge Required
Organization and time management skills: Operates independently with minimal guidance by management
Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Skills and Knowledge Desired
Experience working in Information Technology (but not required). Degree in information technology-related area a plus
Experience with Microsoft SQL
Working Conditions
Work in shifts of 8 am ? 12 (noon) and 2 pm ? 10 pm during the week and 11 am ? 5 pm during the weekend
