Responsibilities:
Assist in building, configuring and shipping our Performance Management Solutions to customers in a timely manner
Maintain the internal and external inventory and fixed assets
Identify workflow/system improvements and work with the operations team to enact change
Assist in designing and implementing of new procedures, process maps, scorecards and metrics as well as any initiatives that are spearheaded by the Operations Department
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree (Acceptable Concentrations: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management)
Strong technical skills with an emphasis in Linux
Understanding of basic level networking: HTTP/IP/DNS
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build strong relationships with management, employees and customers
Must be analytical, extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to analyze and solve complex situations
Must be able to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal/ communication skills
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
Physical ability to lift 90 lbs.
