Operations Analyst Truist
Position Summary
The Operations Analyst supports the transaction reconciliation of charitable donations, the disbursement of funds to charities, and the associated reporting of these activities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, enforcing processes and procedures that support fiduciary responsibilities, and sustaining transparency and accountability in funds management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have superior organizational skills which display a detail-oriented aptitude. Job applicant should also be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
A minimum of 1-2 years of job experience
Superior organizational skills
Comfortable working within a growing and entrepreneurial organization
Experience with web-based applications/products and general proficiency with automated processes and information technology concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel knowledge highly preferred)
Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Dynamics CRM a plus.
