Are you looking to join an industry leader? Do you want to have a role that impacts Operations on a daily basis? PHX, a leader in healthcare cost management, is seeking a new Operations Associate to join our team in Bedminster.
The Operations Associate will work closely with the Director of Operations to organize and manage all open operational projects and tasks inclusive of:
? Assist in the QA of all changes/enhancements of the client portal of PHX website plus Claim Management System (CMS).
? Disseminate details of CMS updates/enhancements to all departments.
? Work with Operations team in the creation and enhancement of reports and disseminate details of final changes.
? Work closely with IT to ensure deadlines are met on tickets related to reports, CMS, client portal of PHX website.
? Works closely with HR and IT to set up new hires and transition existing employees.
? Perform CMS training demos for new Account Managers and Accounting staff as needed.
? Assist Privacy Officer in the auditing of user permissions.
3+ years Claim Management/Processing experience. Experience with system QA or enhancing workflows a plus. Must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
