Operations Associate GAIN Capital
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED GAIN is currently recruiting members to join their Client On-boarding Team. The Client On-boarding Team is responsible for performing due diligence checks, creating, implementing and management of all client accounts. This includes but is not limited to ownership of the pre/post checking of all internal and external set ups, profiling and activities required to take the client live, checking completion of documentation, KYC/AML, IRS compliance, and confirming that client accounts are ready for live trades. Collaboration with Client Services and other internal teams as necessary are part of our normal business functions.
Review new account documents to ensure the information is accurate and compliant.
Solid understanding of regulations pertaining to AML & KYC.
Work closely with internal sales team to resolve issues and open new accounts in a timely manner.
Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
Regularly update internal databases and systems to ensure all aspects of data integrity.
Bachelor Degree required.
Ability to effectively work among a team.
Excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity in Microsoft Windows and related applications.
Fluent in Japanese, Russian, or Arabic a plus!
