Summary of Position:
The Yodlee Operations team is looking for a highly motivated, skilled and detail oriented individual to run the Yodlee Capacity Management process and help lead operational efficiency initiatives.
This position requires a dynamic individual who is capable of performing hands-on technical, tasks in gathering and analyzing application, system, network and OLTP data to complete key Capacity Management initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities*:
List 3 to 6 key responsibilities of the job

• Plan, monitor and report capacity utilization for all production environments, including applications/systems, network, database and storage
• Analyze operational data, and propose and lead new projects to improve operational efficiency
• Provide Tier 3 support for production issues
• Oversee master scheduling for financial processing engines
• Ensure optimal configurations are in place for all customer deployments
• Build and maintain operational reports for Senior Management

Work Experience*:
The ideal candidate for this position should have a 3+ years of combined experience in the following areas; Capacity Management, Performance Test Engineering, Operations/Production Support, Systems Engineering, and Systems Analysis
Key strengths and experience characteristics include:
§ Ability to build customized models illustrating current and future systems capacity utilization
§ Highly driven to continually optimize and maximize systems operational efficiency
§ Proven track record in building, managing and automating operational processes
§ Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and characterize performance of highly complex systems
§ Experience in end-to-end product delivery cycle for high-availability systems
Technical Skills:
§ Strong data analysis skills are a must for this position including expertise in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
§ Expertise with Linux/Unix, Windows OS, HTML, Oracle, Java/J2EE application servers
§ At least one programming language such as Shell scripting, Java, Perl or C++ is also required
Education/Degree(s)*:
Bachelors degree (preferably BSCS)

This position is located in Bangalore.
Some travel to client locations (2-3 times per year) and travel to RWS (1 time per year) may be required
