Operations Coordinator Acquia
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Acquia is looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our growing Professional Services team in our Burlington office.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player who is process-oriented with a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity. To be successful in the role candidates must have a robust attention to detail, an ability to multitask, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Operations for Professional Services, helping to expand and mature our operational processes, and performing many of the day to day operational duties .
Operations Coordinator will:
Support the Operations Manager by working with the entire Professional Services organization to manage the day-to-day delivery of our packaged engagements, from kick-off through report delivery
Assist Operations Manager in weekly tracking and reporting on budgets, margins, and team utilization, and over time take over some of these tasks
Oversee small engagements directly
Help in the management and maintenance of the resource calendar
Assist in drafting of and oversee the processing of partner agreements
Engage with sales to to effectively handoff new clients
Manage the post-engagement client satisfaction survey process
Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with clients, partners and Acquia stakeholders
Understanding of project financials including tracking forecast, actuals, and revenue targets
Excellent client and partner relationship management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and handle multiple work assignments simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers through written and verbal expression
Good organizational skills, detail-oriented
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Must be a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
