Operations Data Assurance Specialist Cleanscapes
Job Purpose:
This job provides 2nd shift Operations Data Assurance and Data Quality (DQ) support. The position runs from 4pm to midnight. The position continues the work of the 1st shift Operations Data Assurance and DQ teams performing truck cabling for tablet, camera and phone installations as well as general IT help desk support.
Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade Fleet Technology Install and maintain wireless video downloading communication systems.
Maintain preventative maintenance monitoring and repair schedule.
Provide weekly truck technology reporting. Provide Night Shift Driver Training. Provide training on Routeware, Arbitrator, Tower, IT Applications to all night shift employees.
Document general best practices for most common installation and repair issues.
Maintain all repair and upgrade information in Fleet Technology Tracking databases.
Perform storage media swaps and downloads and video reviews, as requested and per schedule. Emphasize priority downloading to meet all Operations requests.
Act as the IT Liaison between employees and Corporate IT and provide support on IT systems.
Coordinate parts accrual and repair/RMA with all truck technology vendors.
Assign, configure, and troubleshoot all phone systems and data devices.
Help to ensure that daily field data and associated billing data, scheduled services and work orders are completed and accurately recorded.
Remain up-to-date on existing and potential future technology advances to match company and staff needs.
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications):
Bachelor?s Degree, with major in engineering or computer science preferred.
Three years of fleet maintenance experience preferred.
Fleet electrical and mechanical experience.
Network system installation and configuration experience.
Commitment to providing exemplary service with uncompromising integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
Strong Project Management Skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Experience working with low-voltage electrical wiring on vehicles desired.
Mechanical aptitude desired.
Previous experience with an IT Helpdesk environment required (Tier I, Tier II), logging, ticket generation, resolution, updating, customer feedback.
Experience with wireless networking (802.11a/b/g/n) and connectivity troubleshooting desired.
Excellent documentation skills required.
Excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite required.
