Job Summary
Working with a broad base of client environments and industries, analyze, interpret and prioritize proactively discovered errors. Escalate to appropriate team members for issues that are new or don?t have known resolutions. Interact with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions and test plans. Train on an assigned Identity and Access Management (IAM) system to be able to troubleshoot and remediate issues discovered, as well as to configure requested changes and make recommendations. Occasional (2-4 times per year) travel will be required.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will:
have a Bachelor?s degree in computer or one of the natural sciences.
be comfortable working with SQL and SSIS packages.
be motivated to learn on their own using excellent online research skills.
have excellent email and phone communication abilities.
be an intuitive troubleshooter.
have experience with scripting languages (VB, javascript, etc.).
be comfortable with markup languages (XML, HTML, etc.).
have worked with LDAP and directory structures.
exemplify Identropy?s core values.
