Working with a broad base of client envi?s and industries, analyze, interpret and prioritize proactively discovered errors. Provide project support to customer service, dealer and end-user; docu. test methods and deve. manuals; create test plans & deliver solutions; design new products & enhance existing ones; troubleshoot & remediate issues discovered. Improve the reliability of products during the design and operation phase; understanding the risks asso. & solutions to measure the reliability metrics. Use math theory in creating search engines. Train on an assigned IAM system to be able to troubleshoot and remediate issues discovered, as well as to configure requested changes and make reco. Occasional Travel required.
Requirements
Master?s (or foreign equi.) in C.S., Mech. & Aerospace Engg. or rel. with know. of developing and maintaining process veri. sheets; ensuring production area process operates with quality metric targets; identify trends in quality performance; executing root cause analysis & corrective action plans.; as well as SQL, Java, PHP, XML, HTML, C, C++.
